  My fur-baby passed on Oct 23. On Oct 29 (6 days later) I received a call from P.D. Pet Cremation. After some telephone tag I was able to talk with Jeanne on Oct. 30. When I asked her if Taco was ready, I was told "No, he was not ready"
  
  "Not Ready". What does that mean? They wait until you pay before they cremate?
  When I asked how much, Jeanne wasn't even sure of the amount.
  I totally understand that I have to pay for services.
  
  They need to work on their professional skills.
